Confirm the build context
Record the decoded year, model, plant country, source, and date. Treat out-of-window dates as a reason to investigate the exact car more closely.

SC Search
Browser-only code search
Tesla Supercharging search tool
Search a Tesla VIN for public vehicle context, then search seller-shared JSON or compositor option strings for Supercharging evidence. SC Search helps organize SC01 / SC05 clues without turning them into proof.
Search public vehicle context before contacting the seller.
02Capture app and vehicle-screen wording without overreading it.
03Search pasted account JSON or compositor option strings locally.
Path 01 — VIN-only screening
vPIC can identify general build metadata. It does not verify SC01, SC05, free charging, current charging benefits, or transfer treatment.
Record the decoded year, model, plant country, source, and date. Treat out-of-window dates as a reason to investigate the exact car more closely.
A VIN search can narrow the field. It cannot identify underlying Supercharging option codes or prove a transferable benefit.
Path 02 — at-the-car observations
At-car checks are useful when you record exactly what you saw and when you saw it.
Note whether Premium Connectivity appears active or paid. This can prompt deeper checking, but it does not identify an SC code.
Ask the seller to show vehicle specs and charging screens. Record literal labels like “Free Unlimited Supercharging,” “Free Supercharging,” and “Lifetime Award.”
Source: seller app / MCU. Date: today. Wording: exact label. Limit: app wording alone does not separate SC01 from SC05.
Path 03 — seller-account evidence
The seller controls what they share. Do not ask for passwords, tokens, cookies, or account access. Paste only the evidence text they choose to provide.
